"Pretty nice inside. The aisles were clear of boxes waiting to be stocked, and the cashier was friendly. I took off a few points because there were 6 people in line, and only one cashier. I saw 3 people in front of the office talking, and not attempting to clear the line by coming to help."
"I love shopping at dollar tree. John is a long-time employee who has excellent customer service and always greets customer's with a great and welcoming attitude. However I have encountered on two occasions several managers bullying John and other employees. The manager truly embarrassed the employees when they were doing there best. Barking orders at them like they were dog's and criticizing them in front of customer's. I approached the manager on 4/26/22 and told her she should not talk to her employees that way and that it was very unprofessional. I also notified corporate. This should not be tolerated. A manager should show leadership, positive feedback and support."
