"Walked in & was seated. First 15 min was the barber yapping with his buddies rather than start on my head. Then he walks away to answer his phone 2 or 3 times. After I had enough, I got up and looked for somebody else to cut my head, he ask me if I had a problem & said he had family emergency. I understand he had one but talk with your customer rather than walk off repeatedly as if I'm not sitting in your chair."
"I hate to say this but if I’m a new customer in your shop do not send me to your most unskilled barber. I hate to put people on blast but my experience was not a good one. For starters he rushed the job did not take his time at all. I asked him to use a razer and the edges were not even at all. He was not focused on his job and he seemed to not care about what he was doing. I was just ready to get it over with. I will not be coming back to this shop."
"We traveled here to visit relatives and discovered Landry's. Did an amazing job with our two children, age 5 and age almost two. The first time in the barbershop to get a haircut everyone was very attentive and made a big deal for my youngest son even giving him a certificate for his first haircut. Big Matt was great and took his time and both boys now have amazing haircuts. if you're in Gastonia Area I highly recommend!"
