"HE MESSED UP MY SONS HAIR SO HE HAD TO GET IT ALL CUT OFF!! My son had beautiful curls and now he has a fade with a bald spot on top. Xzavier should change professions after maiming my child. Beyond disgusted with how nonchalant he treated this. I looked around for assistance to which the other barbers shrugged and implied it was my son's fault by asking if he moved. He didn't even apologize and simply stated he wouldnt change me. He should be glad I dont sue him for damages. Thank you for causing my son's confidence to plummet. Avoid this location at all costs. There are more professional and competent barbers in Charlotte."

"I was not satisfied with my hard cut and believe me when I say I am not hard to satisfy but I take my hair cuts serious. He rushed through the cut. I do not know his name but he's the middle booth when you walk in the door. I'm not holding the whole barber shop available for one guy because the other guys were doing great work. I came in for a taper and honestly I could have saved my $35.00 and done a better job myself. You live and you learn right. Thank you very much."
