"That star is for thehairstylist, she was good and very nice, let me tell you what happened to me, I went the first time for a coloring and I lived the color that came out, so I decided to go a second time for a Keratin. Horrible mistake, don't get me wrong I loved that the hairstylist tried her best, but she was not too experienced on Keratin (I came to believe) my hair is extremely thin, shoulder length and the owner told her to use 4 oz of the product. I asked for a chocolate Keratin, and it didn't smell like it at all. But, even with that feeling, I trusted them. Well, I ended up paying almost $500 an amount that the owner decided with another customer was a fair price. The hairstylist even asked twice when I told her I had never paid so much, and I com from South Florida! Even feeling robbed I paid, and left. When I hot home I had so much product the my hair looked lime i hadn't washed for a month, I asked my old hair stylist and she recomended the I washed the product sooner since it was damaging my hair. Don't let me tell you how bad it was after.... never went back. Oh make sure they give you the price before they start, that was my biggest mistake."

"Decent looking salon. Clean and well-kept and not too, too fumy. I even ran into a stylist there that worked at my old shop (she's the one who did my hair). What I liked about the shop: clean, as I stated, and staff is very friendly. It was also easy to make an appointment and get started on. Cons: 1. They overcharged me for a deep condition: I was told by both the reps I spoke to on the phone that the DC is free for first-time customers. When it's time to pay, they told me they only do that on certain days and that what I was told is not true. They gave me a discount on the DC, but still made me pay for it (including my stylist). 2. They spoke Spanish in front of me talking about how much money they make as they overcharged me and discussed other business matters in front of me. 3. NONE of them greeted me when I wished them Happy New Year as I left. Not even my stylist. Even though they greeted everybody else who left in the same fashion (who looked like them). I'm not saying they're racist or anything but it's just odd, and very impolite, that they would do that. Overall, I like my hair but I did not like the customer service. Some things could have been done better. Hopefully they get it right next year."

"This little salon is unassuming but the quality and price can not be beat. I have been to Dominican salons in Massachusetts and New York, my hair is frizzy and unruly. Laura and Yiri did a keratin treatment on me and I absolutely love it. I’ve never had hair this straight and silky. Def worth a visit."
