"I was initially really nervous about returning to the salon during the pandemic. But after talking to Tonia & seeing their COVID protocols, I felt safe enough to go return to the salon. The only ones in the salon are the stylists & those directly getting services; there's no one extra waiting around, which is good, because it's safer & you get in & out faster. Even before COVID, I received fast service (none of that spending all day at the salon), & it's even better now. All stylists & clients wear masks the entire time, so I feel really safe while getting to look fabulous. And you will indeed look fabulous when you leave! Tonia & Alicia are both wonderful stylists, & I always get compliments after a trip to Studio 321. I first started going to Tonia almost 10 years ago when I needed extra help transitioning away from a relaxer. For the longest time, I was a "straight natural," with many people not knowing I didn't have a relaxer anymore, because my hair was styled so well! And now that she's helped me with styling products & tips to do it myself, I still come in regularly to get it straightened. Tonia also cuts well; I've had my hair shorter (a bob at my ears & barely making a ponytail) & long (at & past my shoulders), & when she does it I always get compliments & my hair remains healthy. Even after the COVID shut down & I had shredding/breakage from doing it myself, Tonia did several treatments to get my hair back shiny & healthy. I highly recommend Studio 321 for all your styling needs while remaining safe in the pandemic!"
