"First of all this was the worst experience in getting a haircut I've had since I was a kid it brought back a lot of bad memories growing up...and here's why. First of all this was the first time in this location the sign wasn't on so I didn't even know they were opened. I walked in and told who I would assume was the manager about it and she said that it was...but I came in from the outside and I know it wasn't. Second my stylist Natalya was super great she was friendly and we discussed what I wanted and she seemed to know what she was doing. I was comfortable until this same girl who wanted to argue about the open sign just sat next to me and watched Natalya cut my hair I became nervous not only because of that but I felt as if I was the first person being cut on by the barber...the manager steps in because she feels Natalya is doing something wrong and starts backing away at my hair I never discussed with her what I wanted only Natalya so now once this manager is done after all is said and done my hair is way shorter than I want it and I have to live with it until it grows out.
