"Had my ATS towed there for repair. The warranty that I purchased when I brought the car didn’t cover the repair. Like always. Bobby quoted me $2200 while he laughed as he was saying it. I told him that was a bit much and I would have the tow truck come back to pick my vehicle up. I called around after getting that quote. The highest price for the part was $185 and the YouTube video said it took 10 minutes to install. When I called back I spoke with Bobby to inform him the tow truck was in route to pick my vehicle up. As I was holding I told him my findings and asked if he would allow his wife and or daughter to pay $2200 for this repair because the cost was a bit extreme. This guy got so mad at me for telling him the truth. Guess I struck a nerve because he went off. Started yelling and screaming through the phone then he hung up without taking my payment for the diagnostic. I had to call back and speak with the service manager. He stated he would listen to the call and give me a call back with the results of his disciplinary if one. Never got a call back. They know they’re scammers. Bobby stated to me it would take 4.5 hours ti repair at $400 an hour put the price of the $600 so that would be $2200 plus $240 for diagnostic. Terrible!!! Scamming people like that. And I’m sure where they purchase their parts from they get them for a fraction of what I found. A used part was $35. Oh yeah the Service Manager said he would send his ex-wife there meaning he would allow her to be scammed!"

"Beware! I took my vehicle into Thompson Collision following an accident. They said it would take 3-4 weeks, and it took 2 months. When I came to pick up the car, there were numerous issues. The steering wheel was visibly misaligned, there was a scratch on the window from a tool I assume, and there were visible blemishes on the exterior of the door. When I pointed these issues out to the service rep, Robert, he denied that they could have made any mistakes. He also pressured me to pick up my vehicle by threatening to charge a storage fee if I did not sign for, pay, and take the vehicle. In general the shop has a lack of professionalism and nonchalance. I had to call the shop every 2 or 3 days for updates, and Robert would promise to call back but typically would not. I had to continuously call back to request updates. Robert offered to send a shuttle to pick me up, but he never did. Be very cautious of Thompson Collision. My insurance company had to open a separate claim for vandalism (by Thompson) to have the repairs completed at another body shop."
