"Went to another place in Mooresville looking for shoes. Steph didn't help me out at all. Came to Rack Room Shoes and the staff are extremely friendly. It's been about 45 minutes looking around asking questions. They had no problems of trying to find a shoe in my size. I would highly suggest going here. Haven't been here in a while just because it's on the very other side of town. But it's worth a stop."

Or, just maybe, covid has affected how shoe stores now assist. I'm not really certain, due to my last recent shoe purchases being from Ross and TJ Maxx. However, I will not spend my $ again at this store."
