"Went to get an optic for my son’s pistol for Christmas. The last guy I spoke to there told me to bring the gun in to assure perfect fit. Came in today and got paired with Mike. I could tell right away he wasn't a people person which isn't ideal for the gun counter. He made a comment "we can sjt there and google it together" on which red dot would work. I got the feeling he was implying thats what I should have done that instead myself but I let it go. Then he read the model number that would work and then argued with me he didnt have one after I pointed it out in the case. After seeing he was wrong, he made a nasty comment about optic manufactures, he called a gun runner and handed my stuff to the gun runner and didnt say a word. His customer service skills and product knowledge don't exist. Horrible and shocking experience."

"Why they almost never have a men's 13 in any sports shoe is pathetic. It's always the same "we can order it". If I have to order it I'll go to Amazon. And brick and mortar stores wonder why they can't compete"

"Meh! Prices are decent at best but staff always have an attitude on the front end! As soon as you walk into this location you are treated as someone who wants to steal something. The return policy is insane! I have a receipt and want my refund on my debit card which is the same exact card I paid for this product. Nope only store credit. Will not be going back here."

"I came in here to potentially purchase a firearm, guy wasn’t really helpful at all. I bought my girlfriend with me and he had the audacity to ask me do you typically man handle your girlfriend like that as we like to play around from time to time. I’m a nice guy and didn’t give no reaction to his dumb question, but that is not something you ask anyone as it isn’t any of your business. You ask the wrong person that and I’m sure it won’t go well. Going forward learn how to mind yours"

"Clean store, helpful staff, good prices. Went in to buy kayaks, found prices better than Amazon. Additionally staff helped grabbed cart, helped find the "other needed items" and assisted in loading into my truck."
