"Aqua B is a fantastic company! I originally discovered Aqua B Blowing Rock in 2019, then visited the Hickory store in 2020 (both were great!). I moved to Mooresville in fall 2020 and have been a "regular" at Aqua B since then! From my honeymoon to family photos to every day wear, I almost always find what I'm looking for! I want to give a huge shoutout to Hannah and Carleen (not sure if Carleen still works there?) but they both are always so sweet, professional, and lovely. Any time I stop in and see either of them, I know I will have fantastic service! Aqua B has a warm and welcoming environment that honestly, no other boutiques in the area have. I see negative reviews about the return policy, but they are very upfront about the policy and at the end of the day, they are a small business. I've been a boutique shopper for 10 years and those policies are standard. Five stars all the way!"

"Bought 2 dresses to wear on a cruise. Unfortunately return policy is 14 days, so that wasn’t helpful when I went to put on 1 dress and the elastic popped loose, therefore had to pin this item to be able to wear. 2nd dress I put on was already coming unthreaded. Took both items back and of course no assistance. Yes, I am very ware of the return/exchange policy so I wasn’t expecting much. Lesson learned, I will not chance purchasing clothing from this boutique in the future."

"Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. I didn’t read the return policy (my bad) so I had a store credit which was good. I emailed and ask if they would hold what I would like to use my credit on and they were very nice in doing so. I shipped my return to them and revived my new order as fast as the first. "This company is has awful communication. I placed an order 7/25/22. It’s not 8/4/22 and still have no shipping confirmation. I reached out to them they claim that in my original purchase I requested to pick the package up in North Carolina when I live in Pennsylvania. That never happened in the shipping information it states for my package to be shipped to my address. Once I reached out to them they had the nerve to ask me for an additional $7.50 to ship my package out what company even does this? So they are now holding my package Ransom until I pay them another $7.50 to ship my package instead of just kindly as a one time courtesy shipping my package they are also stating that they cannot refund my money back to my original form of payment and can only give me a store credit why would I use a store credit with them if I’m already going through this when this is the first time I’ve ever shopped with them no thank you and needless to say I will never shop with this company ever again."
