"They messed up my haircut. The stylist was terrible. She barely paid attention. Was watching tv the whole time she cut my hair and had an attitude. She was rude the whole time until the end when she tried to sell hair products and put on a nice front. She cut my hair uneven, accidentally shaved one side too far up and didn’t even fix it. I didn’t notice until I got home so I guess that’s on me to some extent. However it was the worst haircut I have ever received and worst service at that."

"Made an appointment online, 24 minute estimated wait. Arrived 15 minutes later and checked in. Waited patiently for over an hour, and was “next up” for at least 30 minutes, but during that time the stylists took a two customers ahead of me, one who still had a 52 min estimated wait listed on the board, and one who walked in off the street with no appointment and was able to cut the line for a “quick trim.” There was no acknowledgement or apology to the handful of us who actually had been patiently waiting. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
