As a single female, I cringe when I have to take my car to any automotive place, because I want to take care of my vehicle and be up to date with my services but I also don't want to be ripped off with needless add-ons. Honesty and integrity are hard to find these days. Glad we found Gus and his crew."

"The prices have gotten ridiculous for an oil change. I will not be returning after having used Jiffy for over 3 years now. Not only this but your staff tried to sell me a new air filter because mine was "damaged" but the only people who have ever messed with my air filter are the jiffy staff so if it's damaged it's by them. Same goes for my air filter box, it has stripped out screws and even one broken tab that could only have been done by Jiffy staff. Of course no one ever told me they broke my air filter box or stripped the screws. In addition to this,I go for an oil change, not to be upsold. Even after saying I want an oil change and nothing else I still get the spiel. It's very annoying. Why should I have to repair my vehicle after jiffy staff damaged it?!?? I had to fix my air filter box today because I decided to change it myself instead of being charge a ludicrous $40 and that's when I discovered just how much Jiffy had damaged my vehicle. Lastly, why are your techs using impact drills? That how stuff gets damaged and over torqued. Probably exactly how my vehicle was damaged. The should use torque wrenches or standard drills with torque settings not a damn impact drill. Jiffy has lost my business and I'm 100% making sure at least everyone I know understands why. Hitting up google too to warn others. I hope no one else falls victim."
