"Called over the phone to ask about an item that wasn’t showing up online. The employees were super sweet and patient and took the time to walk me through the different options they had. Went in later and saw that while they only seemed to have 2 employees working at the time they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was well informed. The employees also appeared to be far more knowledgeable than other big pet store employees. All the animals appeared in good health and their habitats were very clean as was the complete store."

I hate petsmart for obvious reasons. This place has healthy animals who are well cared for and in clean environments. I price check this store with chewy and it has the same prices! Unbelievable! Again, I love all the staff here. Some really lovely people and that’s what has won my business."
