He had to make many changes as we went along as I always had something different that I wanted to do. He did this not knowing if he was going to get sale or not. "Window trim and siding around looks like elementary school children installed. Asking rain water to come inside. I sent pictures and manager Erik rosas said it was beyond their scope of duty, that I should deal with it. My contract states black trim. Took 2 weeks of being ignored to finally get that response. Definitely advise against doing business with. Can not be trusted."

"I just had a 30x40 building put up, this was the easiest build experience we’ve had. The crew came in and 1 1/2 days later and I have a a beautiful shop. The building crew was great, Bless Eric for putting up with me and my changes and the women who kept me informed along the way. They have great communication and do what they said they would."

Thank Alex" I have taken my review from 5 stars to 4, and here are my reasons. The wind rating on the building sold to me did not meet the requirement for my county (I felt Grizzly should know this) The installers tried to deviate from the blue prints in multiple areas anchor bolt lengths and garage door headers were the big areas. Erik the "shop manager" did his best to gaslight me into explaining away blueprint issues. The collective steel building business is broken down by Sellers, Suppliers and installers with each being a separate entity (limit liability and blame), Grizzly is no different as my final payment is made to 5 star Steel. Questions I should have asked? 1. Does the building have base trim?(it does not)but I'm sure it could have If I had known 2. Nail down a completion date in the contract as they will hold you to a steel lock in price on a set timeline. 3. If I had not been watching the build and in the construction industry they would have slipped 3 inspection failing items past me. (Short anchors, no header, and an undersized truss brace) Overall, a good building at a good price. 24x40x12 permitted on a a concrete slab in coastal NC."
