"Every time I mobile order here I have had to wait 15 minutes or more in curbside before anyone brings it out to me, or my order gets lost, and I have to call them to tell them I placed it online and it's paid for. I always order 15 mins or more before I even arrive to get the order. The drive thru here is always full so I mobile order to save time. Overall, the food is good, and they hardly mess up my order but the wait time for a mobile order is absolutely unacceptable."

"So the food was hot and fresh, but i waited for a while for some one to take my order and ended up having to use the kiosk, then waited forever to get my food, meanwhile a employee was standing in front of the radiant smoking and another was sorting in the dinning area playing on her phone, as a the price was outrageous, I could have sat down somewhere and for a steak dinner for the same price faster"

"Did drive through late at night on Xmas Eve. Kids really wanted french fries after a long day. Did drive through. Very few customers, as expected for that day/time. Had to pull up and wait a minute, and got hot fresh perfect fries, good nuggets which also seemed fresh, and a sprite. Everything was fine. Appreciate them working at that time and day, and serving decent food."

"508 RENFRO ST, MOUNT AIRY NC....The employee-i assume the manager, was honestly the rudest person I have ever dealt with! I placed order at the drive thru, ask the employee to verify the order, she mumbled and rattled it off so fast, I couldn't understand her, then she just handed the receipt and closed the window. At the next window, I asked the employee if a large fry was on the order, a different employee-the manager, came to the window and told me no and that I would have to drive back around through the drive thru. I said no, never-ending. I remained sitting there, waiting on the remainder of my order...she opens the window back and and said "well you're gonna be there sitting a while, what do you want"! I said, can I get the rest of my food...or just give me a refund! The male employee then said to her, she's waiting on the rest of her order. He was very pleasant...but that manager was something else and should seriously reconsider her career path! Had I not had my grand daughter with me...you would have seen me on one of those tik tok videos!! I work with people every day, in the Healthcare field and I would never treat someone like that! It's a shame that these people can keep their job, after treating people the wat she just did!! I would say DO BETTER but not a chance in hell of that happening!"

"Terrible food!!! The sandwiches were cold and probably sat for a long while. The fries were way too salty. The dining area was messy and tables dirty. The cashier was really not paying much attention. McDonalds is not the same."
