"Friendly staff in parts. They are well stocked or can get you a part rapidly if needed. They will charge shipping unless you wait for their stock order which seems strange but that may be how heavy equipment operates. The parts department also has lots of tree service tools and gear available for sale. Located close to the highway exit. Parking may get tight but they have another entrance for large trucks. Watch for the sign for that."

"I have taken my BC1400 chipper to this location several times and usually they fix the issues with my chipper. The last time I went there, they charged me a lot of money and did not fix the electrical issue I brought it in for. There is a short in the wiring and they installed a new battery, which fixed the issue for a short period of time. Eventually, the battery will drain and I constantly have to charge a new battery. When I called to have them look at it again, they never call me back. I got tired of the service department run around and I am stuck with constantly charging a new battery."
