"I brought my daughter here for open play and we had the best experience! The staff were so nice and were super sweet to my daughter. The play area is very clean and well kept. The toys were fun and engaging, the foam ball pit was a blast and the play structure was the best. This is a great place for young children, and I highly recommend it. Their instagram wall also has the most beautiful pics from their parties. I’m planning to book a party here for my daughter."

"I was appalled from my recent experience. I called beforehand to ask about policies, since I had not been here before. I was looking for something to do with my daughter for 30 or 45 minutes. I arrived at 3:20 PM and walked into an establishment with two employees with very apparent look of disappointment on their faces. First she said I had to sign a waiver and was sure to share that it took time. She also said some other things, that basically just let me know I shouldn't have come and implied, "please don't stay". My daughter kicked and screamed and was so distraught since she wouldn't even get a few moments. As a small business, I would not treat potential new customers this way. Sat in traffic from Cornelius to get here, will not come back. I would have spared the bad review and come another time, had the employees been a little empathetic. It looked like I had ruined their day. Change your operating hours from closing at 4:00 PM to 3:30 PM so people don't waste their time."

"We truly had the most amazing experience here! I cannot say enough good things about this space and the people who work here. We have been multiple times just to play but their birthday party hosting skills are the best and you will not find a better place or group of people to work with. We hosted my daughters 2nd birthday here and they truly went above and beyond. They made the day perfect and I really got to just enjoy the time celebrating my little girl as they were so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was such an enjoyable time celebrating my 2 year old with all her friends and my husband and I both agree that we will plan to hopefully have her party here every year until she outgrows the space."

"We had the pleasure of bringing our mobile bar to Confete Soirée & Play this weekend for an event. The owner, Andrea was amazing to work with. Not only is she incredibly sweet and accomodating but has magnificent talent in decorating. We were parked outside her newly installed glass garage doors facing one the event room. The chandelier decorations were stunning and her balloon installations adorned the whole room. If you are booking a party for your child or having an adult party, you won’t be disappointed! They are AMAZING! We can’t wait for our next visit!"
