"This was my first time coming down to the dragon and was the absolute perfect spot for us. The dragon city resort is the perfect in between of stores 11 miles one way, the tail of the dragon and so many spectacular views the other way. Lisa is the sweetest and made sure if there were any problems they were immediately taken care of. The staff here, Heather and Destiny were absolutely wonderful getting anything we needed, as long as we could catch them walking by, and being kind, friendly people made it all the more welcoming. The room was super comfortable and had the warm feeling as soon as we unpacked. If you want the peace and quiet definitely come during the late winter but even so we have made friends with the others and enjoyed a fire and company quiet a few times. This has been home for the past two weeks. One hundred percent would recommend and would come again."

"Dragon city is a hidden gem in the smokey mountains of Tennessee. We went in December and they had the place decorated inside and out for the holidays, which gave it a special additional personal touch. Easy check in and out process, super clean, and very quiet. If you get the chance to stay here I would highly recommend it."

"Outstanding place to stay!!! We have stayed at other places near the Dragon in the past and this place is hands down THE BEST! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was outstanding (Highly recommend "The Dan"). My friends and I found this place at random when we traveled there over night from Long Island NY, to help find our friend Dennis (77 YO Army Vet) who went missing for 8 days while riding his Harley. We were greeted by Dan who knew why we were there and offered any assistance he could. We were then greeted by Mandy, the owner. (Both Dan and Mandy are veterans). Mandy rallied all the vets she could from the area to help find our buddy Dennis. Luckily our friend was found before the troops were mustered. Dennis survived a crash, a fall down a ravine, and being pinned under his bike against a tree for 8 days. When we met Mandy and Dan, and their staff, were we strangers...when we left two days later, they were family! My friends and I cannot thank our new family enough and we will be eternally grateful for all they did for us. ARMY STRONG!!! James Fitzpatrick"
