"I got maybe 3 sips out of my venti sized drink. They fill the cup completely with ice. This Starbucks always also has ridiculous wait times."

"Coffee came out quick, but the pastry was horrible and not heated up. The cashier was did her job correctly. But as soon as I sat down to enjoy the lounge and start working. One of the workers started mopping at my feet? There was no communication to me, if I didn’t move my bags from off the ground he might’ve got them wet. I understand that you are just doing your job, but as a restaurant worker myself, mopping at someone’s feet and intruding a customer’s space is completely disrespectful. Please consider changing this. Thank you."

"I’m not going to give a good or bad review on this one because I’m legitimately confused. I’ll add my picture as well. I went inside and ordered a vanilla Frappuccino and was asked with or without coffee?? I’ve never been asked that before and said how does it normally come, she replied without so I said okay, and this is what I received. Here’s the picture of my cold(not) vanilla Frappuccino"

"Not a bad Starbucks by any means however they need to learn the difference between cold foam and whipped topping. They also need to learn to add the cream that is asked and on the ticket. I shouldn't have to add more cream and sugar when my drink gets home."

"A little pricey but decent. Service was quick even though the drive thru line was long. They were friendly. I think for the price I would rather get a snow cone at Pelican’s, instead of this frozen pineapple drink. The kids loved the cake pops."
