"McDaniel and his team were amazing! He was very responsive via phone and email and the food was absolutely delicious! We were even able to do a tasting, which was also a fun experience, allowing us to ensure we were happy with our food choices (for our outdoors wedding reception), but also allowed us more time to get to know McDaniel and his team. They were a joy to work with and I'm so grateful we came across them in our search for a caterer!"
"Went to the local brewery in Hendersonville and needed a bite to eat. The food truck wasn’t too busy and the selection seemed fine. The order was fairly quick and the food was ok. The Boyd Crowder was very dry and had very little mozzarella. The ciabatta bread had spent a bit too much time on the press and was over done. Not to mention we were missing the pulled pork. The Don Corelone with the pesto, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella however was our groups favorite and tasted great. After going back and bringing this up with the cook they immediately did the right thing and remade a new Sandwhich. Much happier with the correction. Cheers!!"
"A bit underwhelming, my husband and I ordered the fried lobster ravioli and a club sandwich, we waited 30+ minutes for the sandwich, which for $12, I expected more than 3 slices of turkey. The family that ordered 20 minutes after we placed our order received their order about 2 minutes after ours. For the ticket time, and the price, I’d expect a little more."
"We were lucky to have Ciao Y'all visit our neighborhood in late May. I never tried them before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered the Fried Porcini Ravioli, the Crack and Cheese and He Cheese sandwich. Everything was DELICIOUS. Great textures, flavors and just a wow in every bite. I don't usually indulge and eat pasta, but I can say, this is worth the calories. The portions were good and filling. I can't believe I hadn't heard more buzz about this food truck. If there was more room in my belly, I would have ordered more. This is a hidden gem worth checking out!"
"Best of both worlds, awesome flavor and textures inspired by Italy and the techniques of Appalachian barbecue in a mix that brings happiness in your mouth. Follow on Facebook to know where the food truck is going to be."
