"This is by far the BEST bbq place my husband and I have ever been to. The food… good lord! The man and woman at the checkout (I assume they own it) are the nicest people! They were very patient with all the questions we asked (we asked a lot haha!) The prices are unmatchable! We spent $35 on all the food shown in the photo. We are even going back before we leave to go home! So don’t walk, RUN to this wonderful place!"

"This place is a hidden gem. The owner did competition BBQ in Texas for. My daughter had the brisket. And I had the smoked wings. Both were excellent. The brisket was outstanding. What really sets this place apart however are the side bars both hot and cold and a great selection of complementary fruit. We will definitely make our back."

"If yall ain’t ever been to hillbilly’s Smoky mountain bbq in Newport literally run there!!! This is the sampler platter & you get the unlimited vegetable buffet bar and dessert for 3 people and 3 drinks it was only $52.61!!!!!!! We all brought home a Togo box completely full!!! This is hands down the best bbq I’ve had. The leftovers we will be eating on for days! Service was absolutely amazing!! When told we had never been there the owner put a piece of brisket on a plate and sat it on the counter for us to try. These people go above and beyond in making you feel like family. This is the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had my entire life."
