"Long wait because of being short-handed that morning. As a result, we were given our food (3 coffees and 2 Bo-berry muffins) at no charge. Very nice experience."

"Did Bojangles change their tenders? I seem to remember that the spicy tenders were marinated and hand breaded. Now the seem to be deep fried from frozen. Probably bought from a industrial food vendor. Not good."

"Would usually not rate a place like Bojangles but this location has some of the best staff! They were so kind and brought out my food to the table and the food was all excellent and especially the Bo-Berry biscuits! Great job from the staff."

"The food is good here, just don't confuse the employees. I asked if I could just get 2 cups for drinks instead of the half gallon of tea that came with the meal. They said that would be fine. As I was waiting for the food I was thinking the total didn't add up, so I noticed they had charged me for 2 drinks. I asked if I could get the half gallon, since I'd already paid for it. Instead of just making it easy, the lady was going to give me a refund. I just didn't feel waiting around, so I just left. I guess they got me for $5.38 plus tax. I won't return to this location. That was the second time I had a not so good experience."

"Tom and his crew did an amazing job. They got hit with a slew of large orders at once...they were slammed and in the weeds. They worked together having to make 2 gigantic trays of chicken with more cooking. They filled the orders efficiently and were very informative keeping us up on the status of our order. The chicken was fresh and crispy!"
