"Very welcoming staff, gorgeous deco , acoustics so good i thought i may have been hallucinating. Location had parking on the same block, and a plethora of food options nearby. Only downside for me was, sadly, legroom: unfortunately i had to miss a portion of the event due to my disabled meat ship mounting a very nasty protest against the seating . I'm 100% sure the staff would have found a solution to accommodate me if i had known to ask ahead. Definitely recommend, but if you can't handle having your knees bent at a 90-100 degree angle for the whole show , call ahead/get yourself an aisle seat."
"We recently watched the nutcracker here and it was perfect this theater is so intimate and elegant it seems as though any seat you get you will have a great view. I highly recommend seeing the Nutcracker put on by the Asheville Ballet! I have seen many nutcrackers over the years in many locations and this was by far the best, the lighting, costumes, choreography and the life the performers brought to the stage was unmatched."
"This is a wonderful place for Performance Arts (recitals, plays, etc). The location on the edge of the south slope of downtown is easy to get to, and the parking deck nextdoor is a huge help. The seating capacity is generous, but intimate, and the floor plan leaves every seat on both levels with a perfect view of the stage. Concession stand has been typically stocked with local fare and refreshments. The stage has a fantastic lighting system, fully capable prop and backdrop capabilities, and the sound has been perfect for every performance I've had the pleasure to attend."
"Great performance but extremely uncomfortable temperature, way too warm for a sold out crowd."
"This is a very nice venue for concerts. Very well managed and organized. Just attended a concert and there is plenty of good seating. Parking garage is near by and so are downtown pubs and restaurants."
