Finding information at any of these offices is beyond difficult and something needs to be changed."

"They say that the office is under a security threat and only the people getting sworn in as US Citizens can attend. Imagine that one of the biggest moments in your life and you can’t share it with your husband. They can’t even tell you what level they are at. No armed guards at the door so it must not be all that bad."
