"Been over a year Diener working on my wife's case, they never contact you , we've had to constantly contact them to get any information. One time they say it's ok they getting things going , then months later again we have to call them because we hear nothing just to find out that they're "waiting on us to turn in more papers" which Noone ever said anything to us about even after we keep calling to check just for that reason. Look I get it this is a long process but when I clear my savings to pay for you to do a job then I never hear from you again unless I call you for a year or more there's a issue. A normal law firm at least from time to time reaches out to you even if just a email to say "hey just keep you updated were still working on things hope to have news for you soon." Anything so you know they hadn't forgot about you like Diener Law evidently doest often. They're claim is how they're so busy.... with these types of cases the client is the one who does 99% of the leg work getting all the paperwork to them they file and wait.. yea I guess no time for a 2 min phone call or email in there huh. Funny how they'd call 10 times a day up until we signed the contract and paid them everything up front. Mabe well get a call before Christmas this year..."

"I have a current case with them since 2019 and they have charged me twice for filling incorrect forms and they havent resolved anything for my case. All they say is “we’ll call you later” and never do. Truly a terrible service with them and its sad to see that they are doing this to people from their own community."

"If I could do half a star, I would. We have paid them more than $10k and it has been more than 10 years!!! Nothing has been done except relentlessly asking for more and more documents, most of which is public and they could get for themselves. Now, I am told there is no money left in retainer and we are out more than $10k, for NOTHING. Again, nothing has been done. We have not been to any other step other than paying them. Twice they demanded more money, we gave it to them, we get nothing but more requests for even more documents."
