"This place is cute and fun, but watch out. They charge you 20% fee and won’t even tell you. I had to hunt someone down to even close my tab. Won’t be back. Lesson learned."
"This is a great place to unwind after work with friends. There are a ton of different pour your own beers and ciders, I especially liked the blackberry apple cider. I would say it's ideal for younger, college-aged or 20s crowd. It was a little loud for me, but I'm 50. Would've loved it when I was younger. The food took a minute to figure out, but the wings were pretty good once the arrived."
"The self pour concept is what makes this unique. You can have a small taste of many different types of brew or settle for a full pint of your favorite go-to. That being said, you really do all the work. Download the menu of what is where, pour your own drink, and clean your own glass between pours. Kinda balls-y to tack on an automatic/ non-negotiable 20% service charge. Downright insulting to ask for an additional tip (unless it went back to me for being my own bartender. ) To be honest, I do continue to go back, it's a nice place, just 20% less than I would like to."
"Hosted a baby shower and it was a perfect atmosphere. Everything about this place is wonderful. Will definitely have future events here! The staff is also amazing!!"
"Great place to have some fun and try a huge selection of beer, wine and sparklers all in one place. First of all, there was one guy basically covering both floors, and he was working hard and super friendly for a first time patron. Explained how everything worked, and then was also checking in with everyone as he worked through the space... excellent customer service! The ability to self pour and try as many different drinks as you want is great, no waiting for a bartender! The games, which range from board games to duck bowling and pinball, all look fun and easy to enjoy. I imagine if it was more crowded, the noise inside could be a bit overwhelming, but there is also a fantastic outdoor space, where they had a DJ and do concerts as well. Will definitely be back, especially for some of the events that they host. One tip, make sure when you scan your wristband, that all the taps are closed, otherwise liquid will start flowing immediately and it will charge you (learned this the hard way)"
