"Certified Maintenance beware! See attached photos of returned tractor after routine service. Filters not changed or cleaned, key missing, sticks still wedged under cover, grease points not lubed, and on and on. Paid over a grand and this is what I got. After contacting them about the issues they promptly picked it back up had it for a week and the sticks are still lodged after blades and deck were worked on and the air filter is still dirty. The key is still missing and stuck in my driveway where they left it collecting snow. The tractor and sales team are great but I strongly advise you to stay away from having any repairs or service completed at/by Mountain Kubota. *Update* After requested to update with more details by the service manager, I will oblige. Please see added photos of belt shine from said sticks remaining that could lead to premature failure, dirty air intake that is worse, charge for keys to be shipped, etc. after being returned. I was told to be grateful that they hand washed and shined the tires and the next service was on the house in an attempt to right their wrong but will never allow them to touch my tractor again."

"Had a mishap with my tractor mower hitting a hidden rock causing one blade to lock into the side of the mower deck. Brought the mowing deck to Mountain Kubota for help. Despite being extremely short handed, they quickly assessed the problem, resolved the problem and I was back home resuming my pasture work the same day.
