"Originally was referred from another company, met with Mr. paul for a quote to fix my water pump ,got a way better deal than dealership, as I prefer to support small businesses. Took my car there first time in oct left it for 9-4pm called and the car wasn't touched her recommended i order a timing chain kit .. so I want to pick up the car and order the timing chain kit and then I contacted him and we set up another day for him to do it which was oct 25 .. agreed to drop the car back off at 9 AM so I drop the car off at 9 AM and got a ride home texted again around 4 PM to see if I can get a estimate time of pick up he told me that he never was at the job to work on the car because he had a family emergency so my car was sitting there all day with the key in the car unlocked and he never texted me to let me know he wasn't showing up.. then we made an agreement to meet today November 6 I just went there at 9 o'clock he wasn't there I texted him and I called him his phone is off.. I find it unprofessional with no common courtesy to communicate with customers if you're not going to make it you should at least let us know I just confirmed the day before and he gave me a thumbs up just to not show up and answer his phone call today. OK sure he's a great person and does a great job but as far as communication and getting my car fixed for the third time in a row is a no go I don't like my time wasted at all and I don't ever leave as news but this one got under my skin so I ordered a whole timing chain care that he suggested just for him to not put it in"
