"The 2 stars are they had the product, I went there to pick up a tool to remove my AC line from evaporator, walked in an told guy what I was looking for an ask could he help me, he said he didn’t know anything about what I needed, the other guy pretty much said the same thing.. so I walk to the special tool location, found what I’m pretty sure was the tool, but as I was nothing was the one who told me he doesn’t know anything was sitting when walk in a didn’t even what a effort to help with ANYTHING I asked neither one did to be exact. So I placed the tool back in its location a walked out and went a purchased the tool at there competitor down the street from them. This happened on Saturday September 23rd 2023 around 11:15 am. I’ll be back because I was hoping Tim one of managers would be there because he’s a great and knowledgeable fella…"

"SHOUT OUT MARK & DARRYL! MUCH RESPECT TO THIS LOCATION, AND THOSE TWO GENTLEMAN. I drove from South Carolina 2 North Carolina to pick my child up in Fayetteville. I was alone and started having this issue. Something like this can cause a major stressful situation being two and a half hours away from home alone with your son, vehicle not starting in 90° weather. I was able to make it to this location where I was parked at the front door to purchase some fuses. Where I realize purchasing fuses, my vehicle started blowing the fuses as I was trying to start the vehicle and resulting me to be stuck at AutoZone. The gentleman inside, the names listed above offered my son and I to come and sit down in the store until we can figure out the problem. They also called a few of their mechanics and referred me to other mechanics to further assist me.( Now understand at this moment I needed every bit of assistance, I had no other ideas what to do) so after bit of waiting there was a third gentleman I believe he was the commercial parts manager. Gray hair with black glasses really nice. He came out and took a look at my vehicle, and gave me some insight. That insight helped me so much that I was able to get my vehicle all the way back home. It took me 4 hours to get home but with the blessings of your employees & God, I made it home. No I can 100% say if it wasn't for AutoZone in Fayetteville at this particular location with those three gentlemen that relieve some stress on me to make my day easier with my son is admirable. And I really appreciate it the good work you guys do. Keep it up."
