"Horrendous. Sold a defective phone to me and would not let me return it. Asking store owner to contact me directly with a solution (yet again). . . . . Thanks for the awful phone and not letting me return it. I emailed; you offered no solution, only an 800 number for me to call. I had to go back in the store bc you did nothing. Some idiot failed to socially distance, and I got the corona virus. Nice job. Care to respond? Reply to your response: Your solution is more emailing? I already emailed you, and you did nothing. Because you did nothing, I had to go into the store where I was approached too closely by an idiot employee of yours whom I told not to approach me. She approached anyway; consequently, I contracted the corona virus. And you want to assist me "further"? When have you assisted at all? Of course, no response, because you know you're wrong."
