Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"This is the worst experience so far at any Zaxby’s locations. Cashier does not the capacity to take orders correctly, miscommunicate with kitchen stuff. Kitchen stuff were literally tossing little boxes of sauce with drive through clerk. When asking for extra stuff Manager was upset for asking for one pice of Mayonnaise. One customer that ordered before had to cancel order because it was not ready on time. This is store can not handle a fee amount of customers. I can imagine how it would be when it is rush hours. Recommendation to Zaxby’s regional Manager: Please visit this store because there are a lot of opportunities for improvement."

"My order had 2 fingers instead of 4. Asked for them to fix it they reluctantly gave me one more chicken finger. So didn't even get my order after asking. Lady rolled her eyes and they all seemed annoyed for having to do their job. It looked like they got everyone elses order wrong and their soda machine was very watered down. Absolutely will not go back. Workers attitude was terrible. Needs a change in management."

"I did the little thing on the app to get the free Zaxs meal and and I was highly highly happy and surprised the chicken was fried very good had a wonderful buttermilk taste to it they had the old-school crinkle-cut fries give me some Texas toast and a drink and I was just giving for free for using the app.. who's actually pretty awesome and the restaurant was very clean the people were nice everything was good"
