"Asked for no ketchup on burger... there's ketchup on it! Asked for no salted fries... they were salty and lukewarm at best... yet these sad employees want 15.00 an hour and prove that they are completely incapable of getting a drive thru order right when not even busy."

"Honestly disappointed, I have been there a few times . The first time I didn’t even get to get food because when I went in the workers would rather talk and stand around than help and take orders. Second time I went to drive through, took forever . And when I got my food it wasn’t that good. Edible , and okay. But definitely not the greatest. Probably won’t ever come again which is sad because I really do love Wendy’s just not this location."

"Ordered chili for my 97 year old Mama...she loves when I cook hot dogs at home but, I didn't have time to do chili...took the easy way out, picked up the largest container from Wendy's in Whiteville, and it was delicious!!! We had 2 surprise guests & there was plenty to go around!!! Thank you!!!"

"Open until 1 a.m but yet their system is always "down" around midnight. When it isn't, very rarely, order usually isn't correct and horrible attitudes from most employees. Not many options after midnight When getting off work and need food or I probably wouldn't even go. 9/8/23: ordered baked potato, cheeseburger kid's meal and chili cheese fries but got fries, chicken nugget kid's meal and cheese fries. Went back around and waited at the window to be told that they were out of baked potatoes and that's why we got fries and at first were told couldn't get a cheeseburger because they were closing early but then other woman said she would get the burger. Ended up with a refund for the potato."
