"I have taken my accord to Bryan 3 times never had a problem and they did a great job ,the last time the vehicle was there was back in Mar 2023 did take about a week but it was ok I had a rental car ,which came to pick me up from dealership and when mine was ready I left the rental and Enterprise came to pick it up. This made things really easy and I was satisfied"

"Rudest customer service at the front desk. ☠️ Instead of keeping it short and sweet like she was stating to me, she decided to add a little seasoning, “Unless you go back in time and get your estimate done again.” I was asking in regards to something from a year ago. Simple no suffices because I understood when she said the report prints out from the automatic date it prints off."

"Bought ~$1,000 in accessories with a new vehicle at their behest. Called repeatedly months later to confirm parts receipt and schedule an install time. Tech booked me an appointment on the phone and failed to enter it into the system. Drove 70 miles to find out I didn’t have an appointment so the vehicle sat for a day before I could get anyone to look at it. THEN in turns out every SINGLE part they ordered didn’t fit my vehicle. So I picked up my vehicle 48 hours later with absolutely zero work, and now I get to work through adjustments to my loan principal because of their mistake. Hours wasted without even an apology. Awesome."

"Must say was an below average experience. Situation: I brought my vehicle in for oil and tire rotations for a long 10 hour travel that had to happen on Monday. I got there at 1:30pm on Saturday and dropped off my vehicle just fine. I had a coupon from them in the mail for both services for $55... Which is an amazing deal. What happened: About an hour after I left I received about 2 phone calls about 30 minutes apart from Honda to try to sale me into a new vehicle when I did not consent to sales calls. This is not what I came in for! I see what the coupon was really for. That's not it.... At about 3:30pm I get a call from the service department saying that they did the oil change but could not do tire rotations because the bolts were too tight and will need more time to get off. They close at 4:00pm and had over 2 hours with my vehicle to keep in mind. They were more worried about closing up and going home even after the fact I explained I had travel on Monday. On top of all of this the oil change by itself was $70 for a Camry.... and they would not honor the coupon since it was only an oil change. Never again Bryan Honda...."
