"Just got my Truck back and had a couple issues. When I did the walk around on my truck with the girl I specifically asked her if they could take a dent out of my bumper and to ensure they take off the camper shell to paint it and the back of my truck, which she said they could do and wrote all this down in the quote we agreed upon that included painting the whole truck and cleaning the headlights up. Two days later after my scheduled appointment I had to go back to Maaco to drop off some chrome side view mirror covers they said they would put on for me and when talking with Austin (I guess the manager) I asked him about my truck which he replied thaey hadn't started on it. So I walked out with Austin to where my truck was and went over everything with him in which he was not aware of taking off the camper shell and was planning to paint around it. I told him the plan that I discussed with the girl who did my quote included taking the camper shell off painting it separately and theback area of my truck for uniformity. He replied, "we'll have to charge you an extra $60 to do this". I said no problem. So a eight days goes by and my truck is ready for pick-up, but the problem is they have my truck out side in the rain. As everyone knows you want to inspect their work in a dry area because it's hard to tell how the paint has settled in the rain. So, I asked if they could let me inspect my truck inone of their bays and Rachel told me no. I could plainly see a bay that I could have used to pull my truck in to inspect where she replied they were getting ready to use it even though there wasn't a vehicle in it. So I sId fine and went out into the rain with my wife and inspected the vehicle to the best of our ability. We noticed during the inspection the dent in the bumper wasn't fixed and they explained to usthe girl who gave us the quote for fixing it didn't know any better and shouldn't have said that. We also noticed that the security lock for the bumper to access my tire did not have thesecurity lock in it and now therewas an exposed hole there. They agin said they couldn't get the security lock situated in theslotmade for it without getting the key stuck in it. Funny, I got this in with no problem at home. So after being pissed on by the rain we said it was enough and we guessed the paint job was good enough paid for the vehicle went home. The day after I noticed my driver left fender side F-150 emblem was missing with just the two sided tape still on the vehicle. I called Maaco up and talked with Austin about this and told him it was missing and wasn't sure if it was or wasn't put on at their shop because we were rushed with conducting our inspection in the rain and were more concerned with looking at the paint job annd the body work the did on our vehicle. Austin explained to me he personally put all the F-150 emblems on and I honestly said you may or may not have because the fact is one was missing. I was getting ready to tell him it may had fallen off when traveling back home in the rain, in which we live 55 minutes away. But Austin started getting upset on the phone befire I could say anything and asked me me if I was calling him a liar. I said no but the fact is thedriver side emvkem was missing and I asked him if the would replace it in which he said no, because I initialled off on the agreement that states Maaco is not responsible for this part while they have the vehicle. The priblem with this Maaco location is definitely poor management who aren't training their employees on the cans and can't dos for the customer and then writing up an agreement with said customer and then electing not to do what they say they're going to do until after the job is done. Again the paint job is Okay but the customer service especially not allowing us to use one of their open bays to inspect our vehicle and having us do this in the rain is unacceptable. Poor management and not promising what they can do. I will not refer this Maaco location to anyone."
"I schedule an appointment with the shop to leave my car for repairs back in May 31, 2023. The job on my car didn’t start until many days later. I had to call before I went to pick it ip to verify it was ready and they said the parts were not even there. They didn’t have the politeness to call me and inform me that I had to be without transportation for who knows how long. Without consideration that I had a rental to return promptly. When I returned to pick up my car I immediately noticed that the bumper was not placed properly since there was spacing between where the light and bumper, and the door and the bumper meets. I was told to return the next day to get it fix, which I did. Before I left the car to get fix, I noticed there were some screws missing and it was not properly latched under the bumper. When I returned once again, the uneven of the bumper got fixed on one side but it got bad in another area. The manager said there was nothing else they could do. I wanted to cry of the frustration because how much time I wasted with this shop. Lastly, a couple days later I realized my car had a missing part. I didn’t even try to get it from the shop because I knew it was going to be worthless. I got a quote from another shop on the part and I was told I had to replace the whole door because the part was not sold individually. They lack outstanding customer service and the mechanics don’t have attention to details. The first picture shows the part that supposed to have. The second picture shows the part missing in the passenger side. This part protects against dust, debris and water. Also, while driving you can hear the wind filtering through that area."
"Otis and Austin are what make the experience, less stressful and kind of fun to come into because you feel like family. They make sure you understand what you're getting done, that you're confident with what you're being offered to be completed by the technicians and it's just a home town feel... I think what was most important was they let me ask every question I could, and even if it wasn't the right one they made sure I understood the question I was trying to ask. thanks guys Maaco absolutely articulates customer care. That's MACCO for short."
"Great job on fixing my Dodge Suv Journey. Plastic lower front bumper was damaged. I got into a wreck and hit a trailer. Then I had to get my car repaired. The part came in 6 days, then my car was fixed. Took about an hour for the technician to put a new lower front bumper on. I am soo happy with the results:)"
"picked up the car Friday afternoon around 450 after picking up the car smelled a burning smell and when I inspected the car deeper I’ve noticed that the bumper bar applique is not connected to the grille properly as it was before the crash there is space and between the space I can see and smell black glue I also noticed a a broken piece was that I assume goes to the inside of the hood plate that connects the bumper it has charger written across it and it seem to be missing some pins which is odd because they should have ordered them new not sure if they reused old parts is that why the bar isn’t fitting …that bar was bent in at the same spot as the space with the glue. They are closed till Monday so I’m writing this review Update: they repaired the bumper and broken parts but unfortunately my car looks worst than it did before there’s a big gap between my hood and bumper looks horrible the manger claims that’s just what chargers do but it wasn’t that way on the first repair"
