Flow Mazda of Fayetteville - Service

"I will not take my CX5 back here for maintenance. Brought my car in for 84,000 mile service. I was told all they do is oil change and tire rotation. No inspections would be done. 2019 CX5 has a service bulletin on the motors of the side view mirrors, the motors in both my mirrors were replaced and now the mirrors have become loose. They took my car in the shop and took a video of my car and said customer says there is a service bulletin on loose mirrors which is NOT what I said. I said there was a bulletin on the motor inside the mirror. I paid $194.00 dollars to have nothing done on my car!"
