"I was very disappointed in the experience I had this evening. The store was packed, lines were going down the aisles, etc. I was approaching the registers when the announcement came in that register 3 would open to help alleviate the lines. So I decided to get behind the couple in register 3. I was there for at least five minutes when the cashier decdied that she was no longer open and asked me to find another lane because she “has to go back to customer service” which is ironic considering how rude it was for you to expect me to go to the other cashier lines that were now double the size they were when I walked up to the registers. And should I remind you that this lane JUST OPENED to help with the long lines? Terrible customer experience. I was in disbelief at how poorly I was treated by the so-called customer service rep. So I left."

"The store was clean. Assistance was readily available when I needed it. Shelves were well stocked. There was no problem with checking out as there were multiple lanes open, and when one was free, the cashier made it known. I've always enjoyed shopping with this store."

"I did a Food Lion to go order today. Realized when I got home and unpacked my things that my $15.99 flower bouquet was not in the order. I called the store and it gave me a message that employees were busy helping others and just hung up on me. I called again and picked a different option so I could speak to the manager or customer service and it did the same thing. How are you supposed to report these issues if you can’t even talk to anyone?? There isn’t any option on the app that allows you to say “missing item.” I know for a fact that the item was picked out because I had to confirm an alternative since my original pick wasn’t available. This is just overall poor customer service. I won’t be using food lion to-go again or going to this location again."
