"Fraud committed on 10/07/2023 by management & sale representative from store location at 1355 E. Broad Ave., RICHMOND PLAZA, Rockingham, NC. My signature was forged. Phone purchase fraud. Store location doesn’t answer calls from me the customer or from the several Verizon Customer Service representatives, and management calling on my behalf. On the date of 10/072023 I went in to upgrade trade my iPhone 12 Pro for the iPhone 15 Pro which I never authorized, never consented to, never signed for or acquiesced to, and was told by the staff never went through, however, there was a “PENDING SWITCH TRANSACTION” on my account which baffled me as to HOW when I never agreed. To make matters worse, my iPhone 12Pro service was terminated and transferred to the iPhone 15 Pro which is never completed the consenting purchase for, and which the staff claimed they had no way of returning the service back to my iPhone, hence leaving me without Verizon service from 10/072023 @3:15pm until today 10/09/02023 at 10:45 am that was accomplished due to the professional & knowledgeable efforts of the Jefferson Avenue, Newport News Virginia corporate branch where I reside. I informed the staff at Rockingham, NC location Richmond Plaza that I was a Virginia resident out of town, visiting and that I was leaving 10/08/2023, therefore, I desperately needed my service returned to my iPhone 12Pro. The Rockingham NC Richmond Plaza staff procrastinated with several pretentious means, or due to incompetence & lack of knowledge no knowing to simply do what was done by the Newport News VA. staff to replace my SIM chip. I was forced to leave the store without service from my iPhone 12Pro which I was told should recover service in 24 hours or as soon as the “cancel order” transaction for the iPhone 15 Pro completed. A cancelation transaction which was I and the Newport News VA assistant manager & staff discovered had never been attempted or even executed by the staff of Richmond Plaza Rockingham NC, thus leaving to return back home to Virginia with my iPhone 12 Pro having NO service for almost 48 hours. Then, upon further investigation & assistance by the Newport News VA staff, it was brought to my attention, thankfully by the Newport. VA. branch staff diligent assistance, that the iPhone 15Pro had been fraudulently pushed onto my account as a “purchase” which never took place, was against and without my authorization. And, that the iPhone 15 Pro was never restocked by the Rockingham NC Richmond VA staff or manager since I’d left, hence leaving a fraudulent documentation of purchase and receipt of product, however, what I’d been told by the Richmond Plaza Rockingham NC staff was that the transaction had never and would never go through because they canceled the order as compliance to my request. It was also brought to my attention by the assistant manager of Newport News VA branch of a receipt with a forged signature. A scribble on the agreement which looked NOTHING EVEN CLOSE to my signature, and looked more like a “fish” shaped or a Pisces sign. This forged signature is on documented record for legal action evidence. Several attempts to contact the staff from this Rockingham NC Richmond Plaza location has been absolutely futile. Every Verizon hub location representative & customer service representative has failed in getting a phone call through. If the owner of this branch, or any staff from that location ever reads this, and has any concerns to avoid further legal actions from me, he or she will make the effort in contacting me, the customer ASAP.
