"The "man child" they have working as a manager was very disrespectful, rude and not professional AT ALL, the absolute worst customer care I have ever received. Told me I couldn't return my shoe's, he did not ask me if I had worn them, he TOLD me I did, and as I told him politely that I hadn't worn them, he basically calls me a lier and shuts me down! It's not even about the return. It's about how you treat people! There's ABSOLUTELY no reason for it. If he feels to talk to his child or dog like that, that's HIS choice. But no sir, not I, I called Laurinburg store the "manager" there was equally rude on the phone, told me that he wouldn't even look at them But Hibbett sport in Moore County, yaw are the REAL A-team! And I applaud yaw! If I ever shop at this store again, it will only be the Moore County location. I lost a hole day and ahalf a tank of gas."

"This was the worst experience of my life! I will NEVER shop in that store again! I will NEVER refer my family & friends to shop there either. The cashier was extremely rude, hateful & disrespectful! She refused my refund because she said I had an attitude & that I was loud with her. She ran up my blood pressure & had me very upset & in tears when I left the store. I've learned my lesson from shopping there & will never go back!"
