"Hello people's let me tell you a little bit about 911 i think they was just great so this is what happened on holloween night my wife and daughter took my granddaughter out to trick or treat and her little friend and mother so as my wife and daughter sit on this cornor some young lady comes around the corner from the other direction and hits the front of the drivers side and runs all the way down the side of my 3mounth old car i just bought from the front to the back (yes) that is what I said and I won't even talk about the lies she told the cops but you can tell who hit who ooo yah she hit my car so hard that she pushed my car up on the sidewalk ok so let me finish with 911 made my baby look beautiful again but the insurance people didn't mention that so now I have to take it back but 911 is great they did that thang so y'all got car problems check them out and um out... "After waiting over a month on my car repairs, I went to pick up my vehicle today and noticed several issues with the paint and new bumper on my car. There was a deep scratch in the paint on one area of the bumper and a rough, raised area on the corner of the bumper. When I asked for someone to look at my car with me, the employee seemed immediately annoyed. I politely said that I feel like for $8,400 there shouldn't be any issues with the paint or corner of the bumper. He tried to tell me that it was a defect with the part and was a manufacturing issue with Honda, but the invoice clearly says the part is an aftermarket product. Then when I said I have had work done in the past and it's never looked like this, he said "oh, you've had a lot of work done?" in a very condescending manner. After how long and how much money they are getting from my repairs, the service and results I received were unacceptable."
