"While me and my husband were on the way home (Charlotte) we blew a tire in Durham. After calling our insurance roadside assistance and having them come they realized our tire had a wheel lock. So he referred us to JD’s. I called and John even though both his service trucks were down still came to my rescue. When he showed up it was a struggle with the wheel lock and I was afraid that I would have to get my car towed. John went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to do. He ran back to his shop and grabbed some tools and rushed right back. He was my roadside HERO!!!! He didn’t let his trucks being down or my wheel lock stop him from getting us back on the road!!!! Thank you so much John for being available. After 2 hours of fighting with my tire that was being stubborn, John got the tire off and got us on our way back home.
