"Yes, the rumors are TRUE! This facility is the most unprofessional, disorganized and negligent dental facility I have ever had to deal with in my life. I want to let all the parents know what happened to my son and I so that it won’t happen to your child or family member. I took my son in for 2 fillings. This facility does not allow parents back there as you may read in ALL the other reviews. My son has his appointment, we leave and maybe an hour later my son shows me that a piece of his tooth fell out. As soon as that happened I called the office. I get up there, at this point I’m not letting my son go back there to be seen without me. The dentist finally comes out and long story short I show her the chipped piece of tooth she tries to tell me it’s a “composite”. It was a whole situation and they had nothing to say and nothing to do to fix the situation. All they were doing was tripping over their own lies and getting caught. After 30 minutes the Dentist admitted it was a piece of tooth and provided documentation that said it was a composite. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone ."

"As a first time patient, my son had a good experience! The staff were all friendly and were clear in explaining what would be taking place while he was in the back. I wasn’t able to go in back with him, but there is a window for parents and adults to stand and watch. He was in and out relatively quickly. So far so good!!"

"The dentist and the dentist hygienist are so kind and caring. They are very informative and thorough. My 2 year old feels so comfortable getting her teeth cleaned and checked. She cried when we had to leave! ."

"Waited over an hour for my baby to be seen for about 5 minutes. I even showed up early and was told that they should be able to see us early. There was about 15-20 people in the waiting room for some reason. They should space out there appointment times better. The dentist and dental assistants are nice but I’ll be looking everywhere as this really annoyed me."
