"Dr. Ruff very arrogantly refused to consult with my previous out-of-state dentist to make sure the second crown matched. She sold me a second rate crown at twice the price and the difference in presentation of my teeth makes my teeth look uneven. In mid 2018 she sent a bill claiming the previous staff failed to collect co-pay from the only cleaning done there in 2015. I always pay all my bills in full, including the poor service this woman provided. Always tried to sell extra services and products i did not need. Greedy and highly disorganized practice."

"Worst dentist by far. Charges double what she should and lies about cavities so she can make money off of fillings. Her hygienist treats you like a child and will tell you how to raise your children. If I had the money I would sue."
