"The worst car service experience for the past 5 years. I’ve had numerous instances where they forgot to do things they charged me for, including a new battery that wasn’t put in and an oil change that was never done on a service. When I found out the battery had not been changed after I had paid for it, no apology, no explanation. This week, I just called to see why after a service and oil change, my car needed more oil 3 days later (it’s not leaking oil either), no response. They also sold me a defective tire that blew up on the highway less than a week after I bought a new set. They refused to take responsibility and I had to fight to get the tire replaced under the warranty. Besides all that, I have witnessed them constantly upsell customers and take advantage of their lack of car knowledge to push needless service. When they’ve tried to push needless services on me and I called it out, they sheepishly move on to another topic. The experience with Audi Cary has been so insanely bad. I really like Audis so not having a reliable dealer or service department in the area is a bummer."

"Brought my mom’s Q3 in for an inspection today. These guys were the best from start to finish. Super friendly, promptly got the car in and had it finished in under an hour. When we picked it up, they went over the results with us, explained that they adjusted the tires since they were overinflated, and retuned the car washed and vacuumed. Super fair pricing as well. Huge thank you to the team here. Every service department should aspire to run like this."

"BEWARE: From Audi Cary's website: "Dealership Service Advantages • Price is equal or less than independent service shops" They charged me $275.28 + $19.69 supplies + a $2.06 'electronic document storage' charge for an oil change. $297.03. For a standard oil change. PLUS state/local tax. Over $300 for a standard oil change. And, when I approached the service advisor on it - he informed me that's what they charged. When I informed the cashier I was writing a negative review about this situation, she ignored me and processed my credit card. AVOID at all costs for regular maintenance. Warranty service only."

"Audi always has good service staff. Toss up between Cary and Raleigh. Recommend booking services early."
