"I had a dreadful experience with customer service at this place, particularly with one of the cashiers. On a Sunday evening, with only two counters open and long lines at both, I waited on one counter for over 10 minutes. As we were about to be served, the cashier abruptly closed the counter, claiming his shift had ended and instructed us to go to the other line. When I questioned why a new counter wasn't opened despite the long wait, he didn't provide a satisfactory answer. When I requested to speak to the manager, he dismissively told me to go and find the manager. This establishment has not always been customer-friendly, but this experience was the worst."
"If you want to eat any curry or food, try to see other options. Today we are not feeling well so thought of buying some dal from Spices hut Cafe. I thought it would be the cheapest option. When I was paying I saw the price and got chills. $12 per one portion of yellow dal. Oh man, I ain't buying anything from the cafe anymore. After all the taste is very spicy for the dal family couldn't eat."

"This place is growing day by day with the products they offer. They have fresh vegetables, Indian groceries, a meat store, fresh cooked Indian curries, snacks and the list goes on. The meat is cut fresh in front of you. They have chai available most of the day. I have more than one reason to come here."
