"I had a standard oil change and tire rotation done this past week. Im not sure how- but the techs managed to get dirty oil all over my van's exterior front and rear quarter panels. Whatever they did while rotating the tires / inflating them also caused the low pressure warning to trip on my dash and was not addressed prior to giving the van back. Pretty poor attention to detail and service. These are straight forward tasks but Im going 0 for 2."

"Went for inspection. The guy was rude, so naturally, I treated him in kind. Wanted to not pass me because, in his opinion, the tires needed replacing. Tread was 1/8 inch above the wear mark! Have not used these guys in years. Always poor service and attitudes. I thought, how much can they screw this up? Well, they proved to me they are 100% capable! Never again!"
