"The shop manager Brandy was excellent. Had a weird issue after the oil change at Jiffy Lube the other day. Drove the car back to ask them check it out. Brandy was so kind and patient with me - spent more than an hour on my vehicle to fix the issue which may or may not be related to the oil change. Not only has the issue been seemingly revolved so far, Brandy even refunded me the charge for the oil change. Very much impressed!"
"DO NOT GO HERE FOR A STATE INSPECTION. I had my vehicle inspected here and they failed it for a non-functioning emergency brake. I took it the same day to TWO different brake repair locations who BOTH told me that the brake works perfectly and I was illegally failed. I am now paying again for the inspection to be reperformed elsewhere because my only other recourse would be to take more time out of my day to go in person to the DMV to file a report. This is the first time I'm going through a state inspection and it already seems like a racket."
"Friendly and pretty quick. My reason for not returning is that I never had to pay the $10 that Jiffy Lube charged me for the factory installed tinted windows. I have had my car inspected every year since I bought the vehicle in 2018 and no one else has charged me that."
"I was in on Sunday 9-17-23 with my daughter to get my inspection & asked that my battery be checked as the car was slow to turn over- the tech Stephen C gave me a battery readout (see photo) & said it was fine & offered to clean it for 15.99 which I let him do. Yesterday I was having the same issues, so I took it to Auto Zone- not only was the battery NOT cleaned (see photos) but the reading they got was 0.9 on a 12.8 V battery when your tech showed 12.2V on the readout - after further review of the read out the date on it is 1-1-2019 AND the VIN does not match my vehicle- (see photo)- I am beyond disgusted with this & would like to hear from the GM at this store immediately"
"I arrived at 12:15 pm and there were 6 people at the shop . I just want to have a state inspection and I have waited for 2 hours now, my car is still park and I’m attended And they are prioritizing cars that are needing Change oil , 4 cars has already been services and oil was change and I am sitting in front observing. What they are doing and. It looks like there’s no one there. At the pit removing filters. So in short. They are not replacing the filters and just simply replacing the oil. As far as my car it’s. 2:39 pm now and it’s still not touch and inspected … Such a horrible experience and I just told them that I need to leave. And will never come back. if you want to use them, make sure you ask for your old filter . wish them luck and Good Luck to you all ."
