"I have come to this place many times over the years and I usually leave dissatisfied, especially after management changes. I’m never offered a beverage. I’m not asked what pedicure I would like to have. And I am not treated like a valued customer. The prices seem to vary and it comes across very dishonest. And when they mess up, instead of apologizing, they always shift the blame back on the customer. They talk about you once you’ve aggravated them. I will NEVER return again and I will not recommend. They need to do better."

"I took my daughter to this nail salon for her first set of acrylic nails for her birthday. Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with the nail work. We asked for coffin but the nail technician did square. When we asked her to reshape the nails to coffin, the nail technician started rolling her eyes and then had an attitude. After my daughter's nails were finished, her nail shape was all different sizes serval nails was thicker than the others. I will not be returning in the future."

"I have tried several nail salons in the area, and this one is definitely my favorite! I walked-in and they were able to do my dip-nails after about 15 minutes. The technician did tell me that it is recommended to make appointments here, which I will be doing in the future. This was a spur-of-the-moment thing though, and I thought I'd try them out based on the other reviews. I had never had dip powder before and was so happy with the process and the results that I don't think I'll ever go back to gel. The technician (Tal) was so nice and she did such a precise and expert job. She took the time to do it right -- something some of the other salons are lacking. And there was no pressure to get additional services, which was something that one other salon always did every time I went in and it drove me nuts. Highly recommend this place -- I think I will become a regular here! (The color I chose looks different in varied lighting, so I shared both pics!)"
