"Went here for the first time and was sat down by Amanda. She was PHENOMENAL. Very easy to talk to and don’t get me started on the work she does. Best way to describe it is definitely her art. Perfect for the pressuring interview I was going into and when I left, to say the very least, my self esteem was definitely boosted. I wouldn’t even expect the type of cut from her that I got from a high end salon. Will definitely be going back to see her."

"First of all I would like to say our stylist Amanda is incredible every time. I take my three year old in for a cut every month or so. The problem is that the manager in this location is so completely rude. Every time my son and I walk in the door she doesn’t say hello she says where is your mask! She has done this to us three times in a row and I decided today is the last time! Today she told us to leave. My son and I were so excited to be together to get our hair cut and spend time together and she completely ruined it. children are not even required to where a mask at all in this location. This woman has taken this to far. I understand private business has the right to do what they want to run their business, but there is a right way and a wrong way to treat people. Especially those that have 3 year olds with them. I totally believe this woman is putting her own personal feelings and political beliefs in her managerial role. She is abusing her authority and being unkind to those she knows have different views than her. I hope her superiors see this and take it as something they need to speak to her about. She is going to drive more customers out the door than in."

"When it first opened, this Great Clips had plenty of stylists available and were very friendly. Customer service seemed to be a priority. A week ago I visited and there were only 2 stylists and I waited over an hour. The one stylist was chatting with a customer and took so long to style one lady's hair while the other stylist only cut men's hair. The stylist that cut men's hair did 3 haircuts while the other stylist was still chatting with the lady and I waited and waited. I ended up leaving because I wasn't going to pay for this type of treatment and the long wait. There really are other places to go for good customer service."
