"It says on the Internet that you can walk in, no appointment needed. Then they kept letting people go in front of me that had checked in online. Instead of giving my time of check in when I got there, they were letting everyone that came in the door go in front of me until I left without a haircut. They could have told me that it would be a very long wait. Or let me know that you can check in online. To make it even worse, one of the people who worked there said that they need to teach me to check in online, ha ha. Maybe she doesn’t know that was rude rude."

"I visited on the 15th Sept with my wife baby girl and felt very disappointed and sad. I didn’t notice the hairstylist’s name but she behaved like she is doing a favor. My baby was crying but she didn’t even bother to cut the hair properly. The other lady took half of my wife’s hair, no talk nothing. I won't be back to this location anymore."

"Never felt like an inconvenience at a great clips before until today. I can't rember my hairstyles name but it started with an M. But I felt like I was taking up her time. There was no conversation or anything. She also took off to much of my beard. I then had to go home and fix it. Then this morining looking at my hair she didn't take enough off the side. I won't be back to this location and I want a refund for the price."
