"I have been going to Ideal Dental to start a big journey with them for about two years now. The front desk associates have always been very helpful and welcoming. When I first started my journey with Ideal Dental I had a lot of hiccups with some of their dentist and dental work along the way. There was always someone new doing work on my dental plan and the non-consistency of work was not best. There was a lot of paperwork mishaps and dental mishaps, so that is why I gave a 3 star for the facility itself. But on the positive note, I would love to give 5 stars to Nicole for changing my experience with Ideal Dental all around. She shows that she cares about your dental needs and is passionate about what does. SHE MAKES SURE YOU GET THE SMILE YOU WILL LOVE!! She was very patient and adamant about correcting issues and solving the issues that needed to be corrected! I say if you do decide to go with Ideal Dental for your dental needs, request Nicole because she will make sure you are comfortable along your dental journey and show you the kindness that all patients deserve. "I think y'all are wonderful! Every one of you. Going to the dentist is very low on things I want to do but you made it as easy/with as little pain as possible and I thank you.⁹ I would feel more comfortable if my stitches had stayed in more than a few hours. Maybe they came undone because of how I rubbed the back of my gums while they were still numb, maybe they wouldn't have come undone if they were tied tighter. Just a thought."

I saw Dr. Pickett, Tywana, and Vanessa, who were amazing, professional and highly knowledgeable. These ladies were so awesome, words can’t describe. Jennifer and Jane were awesome and respectful in assisting me on the administrative side. Professional service, clean environment and top of the line service!!!
